ALERT FIRENET NEWS SERVICE (ALERT-FS)

FIRE / POLICE / EMS ACTION AS IT HAPPENS

Providing service in Florida for the past 7 years and now providing service in Long Island, NY

We are a group dedicated to the emailing, posting and paging to others who follow events relating to that of real time, on going, and information regarding serious working fires, rescues, or other fire department or EMS activities.

We consist of people who work or volunteer in these industries of saving people lives and property, but not limited to just these.

We especially welcome those people who enjoy listening to scanners for informational purposes to keep use abreast with the latest and accurate information. These men and women are key to our group!

We welcome those who have risked their lives in the Fire Fighting and EMS world who are now retired and are still interested the goings on of the brothers and sisters who are presently in the Fire or EMS services risking their lives on a minute by minute basis.

We also welcome those of the media, print, radio, and television, who have, in most cases, INSTANT access to fire and EMS scenes and information.

This Group shall be dedicated to the memory of the men and women who have lost his or her life or has been injured in the protection and/or rescue of others property or another human being.
